Paul DePhillips has 24 years of estimating, management, and coordination experience on complex electrical and civil construction projects located in the NY metropolitan area. Project highlights include the Design-Build 5kV Substation at the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, the P3 Design/Build/Finance and Maintain Goethals Bridge Replacement, and the Willis Avenue Swing Bridge Replacement.
Paul brings extensive experience in the coordination of design teams for electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing construction upgrades. Paul has managed construction crews in all phases of substation, electrical, and heavy civil major transportation projects and buildings. He has proven success working with owners, utility providers, designers, and craft to maximize constructability and achieve project budget and schedule delivery goals.
