Nicole Perkins has multiple years of environmental consulting experience with a master’s degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Montclair State University. Nicole has worked on various environmental and geotechnical projects in New Jersey. She has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs) and Preliminary Assessments (PAs), including reviewing project history, coordinating site inspections, and identifying Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and Areas of Concern (AOCs). She served as a primary investigator and point of contact for client relations and prepared Phase I ESA and PA reports.
Nicole has completed numerous Phase I ESAs, PAs, and Phase II Site Investigations (Phase II SIs), as well as Geotechnical Investigations (GIs) for various sites. She also prepared Response Action Outcome (RAO) submittals and assisted in the preparation of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) remedial phase reports and forms, including Site Investigation (SI), Remedial Investigation (RI), and Remedial Action (RA) projects for New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs). She previously assisted in civil engineering activities for various sites. Nicole is also involved in conducting evaluations of contaminants of emerging concern, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Nicole is currently involved in due diligence, site investigation, and site remediation projects for various residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Nicole is involved in field activities including conducting Phase I ESAs, PAs, and Phase II SIs, as well as RI and RA projects.
