Nicole is a Senior Manager in the Global Investigations practice, working in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. She provides expert witness and forensic accounting services to public and private sector clients across the United States in civil litigation. These services include financial statement analysis, the application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), regulatory compliance, valuation, and economic damages support services. She evaluates complex accounting issues and identifies significant accounting findings and trends.
Nicole has conducted research related to GAAP, generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards, industry-specific authoritative literature, and new emerging accounting standards such as ESG and expert witness report writing. Nicole assists counsel with document review and discovery, preparation of depositions and expert reports, analysis of opposing experts’ reports, and trial preparation.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
