Natasha Lund has worked in the construction industry for more than 17 years. During her tenure with J.S. Held, she was involved with numerous multimillion-dollar projects varying in cause and conditions throughout the United States and the Caribbean, with extensive experience in the NYC/metro area and Arizona.
Her inspections of damaged buildings and structures, determination of means, methods, and cost of repair, estimates, and project monitoring include residential, commercial, and industrial structures with various uses and occupancies. Damages have been related to Hurricane Francis, Charlie, Ivan, Jeanne, Wilma, Katrina, 9-11 terrorist attacks, fires, floods, water, mold, explosions, aircraft, vandalism, and hail.
Prior to her employment with J.S. Held, Natasha worked as a project engineer for a Construction Management Company on various NYC commercial assignments.
Natasha Lund is involved in cost analysis, evaluation mitigation projects, and estimate creation. She has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including malls, NYC commercial buildings, and apartment complexes.
