Nancy Brito has over 15 years of experience providing claims advisory services to contractors and owners from various work positions. She specializes in contract management, technical and administrative audits, and construction conflict resolution. Nancy started her career over 25 years ago as a contract manager of public infrastructure power construction.
Nancy has served as an expert witness in cost arbitrations exceeding 4 million USD, managed construction contracts up to 250 million USD, and audited major power processes such as distribution, transmission, and generation for the public power service in her country. Nancy has presented written and oral testimony in alternative dispute resolution procedures, including CAM Chilean arbitration proceedings. She has been involved in the deposition process (including deposition testimony) as a professional consultant and has also participated in appraisals to assist in settling.
Nancy performs advanced data research, management, and analysis in claim preparation, contract management, scope changes, schedule oversight, expert report preparation, witness testimony, and negotiations, demonstrating knowledge of the industry in large-scale construction and engineering.
