Michael Oberhausen has worked within the commercial real estate industry as an owner’s representative and construction manager throughout the United States for over 30 years. Michael is a construction professional with extensive experience in Commercial Office (tenant improvement), Research and Development (PRLs, specialized labs, sensory, aerosol, and 3D metal printing), Retail (inline and standalone), Healthcare (hospital, medical office, and diagnostics centers) Hospitality, (new construction and renovation) and Commercial Infrastructure, MEP (chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, electrical distribution, lighting systems, building automation, RO water systems, PH control), roofing, site work, and parking structures.
