As a Director, Michael Gerardi has primarily focused on on-site monitoring, which entails daily site walkthroughs, verification of equipment and labor, project projections/progress mapping, and cost analysis. He has additionally incorporated emerging inspection technologies, including Matterport and Holobuilder to provide more detailed products to our clients.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University at Albany, with a minor in Business and a focus on environmental sustainability. He also received the exclusive Economics Achievement Certificate, awarded to students who maintained high honor roll status in all economics courses.
