Prior to J.S. Held, Megan led the Estimating division for Macy’s/Bloomingdales Inc. across their National footprint where she drove collaboration with the Owner’s team, Planners, and Designers working to develop cost parameters and implement strategic value engineering practices through leveraging her nationwide supplier network. Megan has extensive experience working with and managing the Procurement Process as well as supporting CM / GC Field Staff in their assessments of bids and owner-supplied materials.
Before becoming the Lead Estimator for a Global 500 Firm, she spent 8 years in Field managing projects, working for a General Contractor on projects such as The Great American, Cincinnati Reds, Baseball Stadium, and The Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
