During his career, Matt has participated in and managed over 80 grid-scale solar projects across various states, over 1,200 miles of linear gas and electric transmission projects, and different aspects of hydrogen production, fossil fuel, coal, and natural gas generation facility development. He has experience across many capital project business sectors, including carbon capture and storage, mining, beach restoration, residential and commercial development, electronic data centers, and transportation. His primary expertise includes early-stage natural resource due diligence and critical issues analysis, siting support, local, state, and federal regulatory guidance and permitting, National Environmental Policy Act documentation, and internal team management.
Matt’s previous experience and extensive multidisciplinary background ensure a complete and holistic perspective on project success, from initial planning efforts to permitting, construction phase environmental compliance, and post-construction/operational services.
