Marybeth Kings has over a decade of experience assisting government, legal, and corporate clients with their eDiscovery matters, from internal and regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and data subject access requests to pro-bono, charitable, and non-standard applications of eDiscovery software.

She is well versed in the review and project management of unstructured data, such as email, mobile, IM, and server data, and can help legal teams cull down the amount of data for review using traditional and modern methods of deduplication, email threading, and advanced analytics.

Examples of projects she has worked on include data subject access requests, litigations, arbitrations, internal investigations, regulatory investigations, voluntary disclosure, as well as claims tracking and management.

Marybeth is a Senior Director within the EMEA Digital Investigations and Discovery Team and is based in our London office. Her team uses technology to help organizations protect themselves from the harm caused by misconduct and economic crime. This includes reactive services to help them respond to crises and proactive services to help manage risk.
