Since joining J.S. Held in 2017, Maia Odell has worked on various Builders' Risk and Property Damage files. She specializes in data analysis, cost evaluation, and document management and has worked extensively on litigation files supporting e-discovery and document review.
As an Assistant Project Manager for the Builder’s Risk West Coast Region at J.S. Held, Maia leverages her strong Excel skills to expedite the organization of complex claim documents for analysis. She assists with Primavera P6 database management and claims review, supporting experts in producing claim reviews and reporting. Maia also manages service-level agreement projects, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Maia holds an Associate of Arts in Art & Science from Bellevue College.
