Kyle Brophy has experience in mold, moisture, lead, and asbestos inspections and assessments. Kyle has performed initial inspections, including collecting samples, analyzing data, and assisting in developing damage assessment protocols, and reports. Kyle has been involved in multiple catastrophe and emergency response projects, related to Hurricane Sandy (2012), Hurricane Maria (2016), Hurricane Irma (2017), Hurricane Michael (2018), The Newnan Tornado (2021), and Winter Storm Viola/Uri (2021). He also has experience in managing large-scale abatement projects (John F. Kennedy Airport Delta Terminal, Nassau County Court House, and several federal buildings). Kyle also has a long history of working with school districts to provide inspections and representing the districts in any AHERA-related work.
Kyle graduated with a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Farmingdale and is certified in asbestos, moisture, and mold inspections, air quality inspections, environmental assessments, environmental safety, and water resources.
Kyle provides site inspections and assessments involving fire, smoke, water, and mold damages and general property inspections throughout the United States. Assessments include asbestos and lead hazards, combustion byproducts, bacteria, and mold. Kyle acts as site lead or primary staff on major loss assignments and has consulted on large insurance losses including schools, malls, shopping centers, commercial buildings, and apartment/residential complexes.
