Mr. Kurtis Schlicht specializes in impact assessment and permitting for industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, and power sector clients. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Schlicht provides consulting and expert services related to project planning and development, regulatory permitting, field services, and permit compliance. He has provided a wide range of consulting services including U.S. Army Corps of Engineering (USACE) permitting, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, National Pollution Discharge Elimination (NPDES) permitting, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) licensing. Mr. Schlicht specializes in Clean Water Act (CWA) 316(b) permitting and compliance and has worked with over 50 facilities to design and implement the best technology available (BTA) for their cooling water intake structures.
