Khaun McCormick has over 30 years of experience in construction-related fields as a contractor, project manager, superintendent, and large loss estimator. His expertise with Xactimate has allowed him the ability to develop scoping and estimating skills. Some of his recent consultant experience includes the 2014 Tarrant County tornado (public school loss, over 15 total loss residential dwellings) 2016 Texas hail season (over 30 commercial locations with exposure of $80M), San Antonio Country Club, San Antonio Employee Pension Fund Plaza, Broadway Bank (over 18 locations), San Antonio Fine Arts building, including hurricanes Florence (Wilmington County Hospital $400M exposure), Harvey, Laura, and Delta. Also, the Summary Judgement judiciary was awarded in Bexar County Texas for personal line litigation.
Khaun McCormick is involved in estimating, project management, negotiations, and scheduling. He has had extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial facilities.
