Kevin Hoyos Moncada is a Civil Engineer with experience in structural engineering road infrastructure projects of non-segmental bridges and buildings attending wind and seismic loads in a variety of materials such as concrete, steel, and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), vulnerability studies against seismic events and wind loads, pathology studies, and retrofit and performance-based design for existing structures according to international codes. He also has expertise in the constructive process, specifically regarding the design and review of complementary structures like cantilever walls and box culverts. He has conducted volumetric landslides quantification of mountain roads.
