Kennith "Kenny" Coffee joined J.S. Held in 2021 and has more than 10 years of construction and restoration experience. Kenny specializes in water mitigation, fire restoration, and reconstruction. Previously, he was in the restoration/construction industry, focusing on property loss, cost estimating, and project management. He has evaluated numerous disasters caused by fire, flood, tornado, snowstorm, structural failure, and construction defects. He has extensive experience evaluating multiple structure types: single/multi-family residential properties, high net-worth residential homes, manufacturing warehouses, hotels, office complexes, educational facilities, and government buildings.
Most recently, while serving as a department manager for a restoration company, Kenny became efficient at evaluating and establishing project scopes, equipment needs, and timeliness. As Department Manager, Kenny has overseen numerous types of projects from beginning to finish.
