Ken Kiasaleh has over 30 years of experience in multiple areas of structural engineering. Mr. Kiasaleh is a results-oriented professional with strong leadership. He is experienced with the design of building and non-building structures from concepts to construction specifications, documents, and administration. Mr. Kiasaleh has design and review experience in a variety of structures, including residential, hospitals, schools, office buildings, parking structures, tilt-up buildings, post-tension concrete structures, warehouse facilities, and auto dealerships. He also has experience in plan review and seismic retrofit.
Mr. Ken Kiasaleh has designed a variety of complex structures. In addition to the new design, he has also coordinated and done design work for seismic retrofits and tenant improvements. Mr. Ken Kiasaleh has performed design work for seismic retrofits, tenant improvements, and new construction. He has expanded his portfolio to include performing and writing reports for structural peer reviews on various structural types, designing auto dealerships, providing structural investigations for design feasibility, and writing due diligence reports.
As a senior project engineer, Mr. Ken Kiasaleh is responsible for design calculations, conceptual input, managing large projects, writing reports, and laying out construction documents. His design philosophy is detail-oriented and responsive to client needs while handling changing priorities.
