Jordi Chervitz joined J.S. Held in May of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of GPW. Jordi specializes in investigative research and risk assessments with a focus on East Asia. She has particular experience with pre-IPO risk analysis of subjects in tech-related industries and Mandarin-speaking jurisdictions. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Jordi worked as a senior consultant at a risk management consultancy in Mainland China and at a national security think tank in Washington, D.C.
Jordi's recent work includes pre-transactional due diligence and risk assessments in Greater China and APAC regions for international banks and investigative due diligence into Chinese and Indian nationals for M&A projects.
She fluently speaks English and Mandarin. Jordi has received an MSc in Accounting, Organisations, and Institutions from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MA in Mandarin from Beijing Language, and Culture University, and a BA in History with an emphasis in Mandarin from the University of Kansas.
