Jonathan Wiggins is a highly motivated and focused IT professional. Prior to joining the J.S. Held team, Jonathan worked in Data Center infrastructure as well as with virtualization, networking, data backups and storage technologies. He is also familiar with multiple operating system platforms. His daily tasks included phone and face to face customer interaction assisting with managed, dedicated and colocation systems troubleshooting.
