John Fagan joined J.S. Held in August of 2022 following J.S. Held's acquisition of the Arcadis Contract Solutions Practice in Europe.
John is a Director of the Forensic Delay Analysis team. He is a Planner by background and has previously worked with tier-one main contractors in the UK delivering major infrastructure projects.
John now works with leading domestic and international construction and engineering clients to avoid, mitigate and resolve disputes, particularly on matters relating to project delay and disruption.
John is a specialist in the forensic investigation of delays and disruptions affecting major construction, MEP, and infrastructure projects. He has been instructed as a programming / delay expert witness on several occasions.
John has developed expertise in the principles and practice of analyzing construction and engineering project delay. His experience includes the analysis of delays related to a wide variety of projects. He has a broad range of experience across the civil engineering, process, and building sectors.
Before moving into consultancy, John worked on the London Bridge Station development as Planner. He has vast experience using Primavera P6 and Asta PowerProject planning software. Previously, John worked in Oil & Gas division for a tier-one Main Contractor in the UK.
