He has produced construction documents for commercial, institutional, industrial, multi-family, and single-family residential projects. Throughout his career, he has inspected and directed owners and contractors for fire damage, earthquake damage, snow failures, water intrusion, and other structural issues.
As part of his education, Mr. Lundgreen studied building trades and construction management and did hands-on work within university programs and private companies. His residential construction experience included forming/pouring foundations and flatwork, framing, roofing, and finishing carpentry. He gained experience as an assistant project manager, a detailer, and a fabricator of structural steel components for buildings.
