Guillermo started as a design engineer for MEP projects in Valencia and transitioned to large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide in the project control area, including planning, contractual management, change management, risk analysis, claims, and cost control.
Guillermo has worked in site facilities located in Spain, Algeria, UAE, and the Netherlands, working for international EPC contractors.
Guillermo has participated in projects and bidding processes for a wide range of industries, such as oil and gas, energy, industrial plants, mining, etc., as long as project scopes typologies: engineering, EPC, PMT, etc.
Guillermo is Associate Director at J.S. Held, based in Spain focusing mainly on the European and Latin America markets, including expert services, claim and contract management, and project services. He also acts as a delay and forensics expert in international arbitration processes and advises companies during and after the execution of their projects.
