He has also led and managed several disaster recovery efforts across the United States, including Louisiana Road Home, RestoreLA, ReNew Jersey, Rebuild FL, and Texas GLO.
At J.S. Held, Greg evaluates the impact of disasters and assesses risks, vulnerabilities, and potential damage to determine effective preventive measures. He coordinates with teams and manages schedules, interfaces with clients and project representatives, and schedules field inspections and necessary site visits to evaluate the scope of work and damage. Greg estimates commercial and residential projects using various estimating software and documents to review and analyze schedules, contracts, change orders, correspondence, daily reports, meeting minutes, monthly reports, and any additional documents related to the project or file. He provides technical direction to other consultants, interacting with them and supporting their files. Additionally, Greg collaborates with Business Development Managers to help develop new business opportunities and continue to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships.
