Prior to joining J.S. Held, Graham worked for a restoration company where he received field experience with water and fire mitigation, as well as leading and assisting with asbestos and mold abatements. Graham is proficient in estimating using both Xactimate (Verisk) and Mobile Claims (CoreLogic).
Graham is a Building Consultant for J.S. Held based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Graham provides consulting services including, but not limited to, Replacement Cost Valuations (RCV), Actual Cost Valuations (ACV), scope development, cost analysis, estimate reviews, and project monitoring. Graham has worked on residential and commercial projects throughout Manitoba and strives to produce a quality product.
