Emily DeJong has over 15 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, and compensation.
Emily is the Head of Total Rewards, leading the design, development, communication, and execution of the total rewards strategy and programs for over 2,000 employees across 12 countries. She partners with senior leadership, business units, and regional teams to ensure the total rewards offerings' alignment, competitiveness, and compliance. She manages the global benefits of broker relationships, vendor negotiations, and contract renewals. Her experience includes launching a new global wellness program, enhancing the equity plan administration, and streamlining the annual compensation review process.
