Xie Yue is an oil and gas lead planner with 14 years’ experience. She has been involved in several international large-scale projects and proposals which located in Canada, France, Australia, Turkey, Cuba, Mozambique, the Middle East and Asia, both onshore and offshore including FRSU, EPCIC for FLNG and gas development platform, EPC for LNG terminal and polypropylene refinery.

Xie Yue is specialised in project management, scheduling, monitoring, and benchmarking. With her specialty, she assists clients from different industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power and energy, infrastructure, railway, metro, and buildings with dispute resolution and project control matters including construction scheduling, delay/disruption analysis and quantum evaluation. She supports the named expert witness in preparing analysis and written reports for submission into evidence in the proceedings of international arbitration. She has experience as a formal trainer and consultant for Primavera P6.

She has abundant knowledge for the whole process of project management from conceptual stage, engineering, procurement, construction to commissioning and close-out. She has experience as a project management team such as project manager, project control manager, project engineer, lead planner, and buyer.

Xie Yue has been involved in the EPCC of the East Coast Rail Link project (ECRL) as a planning engineer. ECRL is the biggest overseas ongoing project awarded by a Chinese company ever with a contract value of 55 billion ringgits.

Xie Yue is capable of carrying out planning work from both home and site office. She gained significant experience working at site of oil and gas construction projects.
