Effie Raftopoulos has been affiliated with J.S. Held since 1999 and is located in the Jericho Headquarters. Effie supports the team at J.S. Held, managing and supporting Human Resources and M&A activity. She provides broad corporate support across all levels, particularly employee on-boarding and supporting the HR function as well as managing employee integrations, insurance, and the corporate administrative function. Effie sits on several committees and serves as a super-user, and works on the company wide implementation of systems and programs designed and implemented by J.S. Held.
