Ed’s experience includes construction delay claims, Critical Path Method (CPM) construction schedule analysis, construction estimating, change order analysis and preparation, construction defects, and construction project management issues. Ed has experience with a wide range of construction types including, power plants, water treatment facilities, roads and bridges, healthcare and educational facilities, prisons, airports, high rise structures, as well as projects involving commercial and residential developments.
