Donna Sarazin has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years as a claims adjuster, underwriter, and broker in the United States and Canada. Her profound working knowledge of the industry, supported by extensive training, enables her to offer effective residential and commercial claims solutions. Donna is a highly motivated individual with a keen attention to detail, which helps her analyze information and provide detailed reports to achieve client satisfaction.

As a Contents Specialist, Donna assesses, estimates, and manages a wide variety of contents losses, both nationally and internationally. These include residential and commercial projects, from personal property items and collectibles to commercial tools and equipment. She has attended loss sites at retailers, hotels, manufacturers, factories, schools, and office buildings.

Donna is fluent in French and English and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
