Don Raulerson is an experienced forensic accountant and CPA. Mr. Raulerson has over 40 years of experience in financial damage analysis, intellectual property damage analysis, business valuations, fraud and white-collar crime investigations, and expert witness testimony. He also assisted his clients in complex accounting matters such as financial statement restatements, audit committee investigations, and post-acquisition disputes.
Mr. Raulerson has been employed as a senior executive by international financial service firms and was previously a partner in “Big 4” accounting firms for the last 30 years.
During his tenure at these firms, he provided expert witness testimony in state court, federal court, arbitration, and mediation. Mr. Raulerson also served as an arbitrator and a special master.
Mr. Raulerson was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He conducted numerous complex criminal investigations relating to fraud, white-collar crime, and public corruption during his tenure. He also served as a Senior Bankruptcy Analyst for the Department of Justice. He was responsible for administering bankruptcy cases and analyzing the economic viability of businesses progressing through the bankruptcy system.
