L. Dianne Lomonaco joined J.S. Held in October of 2023 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Phoenix Management Services.

Dianne Lomonaco has over 20 years of experience in back-office operations and administration. In her role as Vice President of Finance & Administration, Dianne oversees key components of Phoenix’s infrastructure: accounting and finance, information technology, human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, corporate insurance, and risk management.

Dianne is also responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of the firm. A valued member of the regulatory and compliance team, Dianne has gained extensive, hands-on experience in FINRA and SEC matters and manages the firm’s development, maintenance, and monitoring of compliance programs, and reporting for Phoenix IB. Dianne holds a Series 99 license as an Operations Professional.

Dianne has an in-depth understanding of financial management and operational workflows, cash management, monthly and quarterly operating reports, fee statements and fee applications, claims management, internal audit, payroll and tax matters, Form 5500 and benefit plan terminations, records management, and interaction with third-party vendors. She is a hands-on professional with the ability to lead cost-effective support services for our clients in business wind-down and recovery services, litigation support, receiverships, and bankruptcies.

Prior to joining Phoenix Management Services, Dianne was the Director of Finance and Human Resources for the Annenberg Family office in Philadelphia and spent several years in banking, accounting operations, and mortgage servicing.
