Dave’s industry experience includes high-rise buildings, healthcare facilities, healthcare renovations, corporate headquarters, commercial developments, residential developments, and energy centers.
Dave has been responsible for overseeing work performed by forces reporting directly to him, in a range of disciplines including concrete, curtainwall, excavation, earth retention, and carpentry. In addition to management of construction work, Dave also has substantial estimating experience, including structural concrete, and masonry.
Dave’s experience in construction projects has exposed him to various incidents and disputes, and the means of achieving successful resolution. Communication, documentation, and methodical analysis are among Dave’s strengths.
