Daniel Fell has over 10 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Daniel was a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in water, flood, and fire mitigation, creating scope and budgets, demolition, and reconstruction. Daniel also conducted scope work, site monitoring and invoice reviews for Hurricane Harvey claims with J.S. Held from October 2017 through January 2018, from October 2018 through March 2020, and monitored multiple wind farm sites throughout south Texas after Hurricane Hanna, and multiple other heavy rain events throughout 2020, and 2021.

With J.S. Held, Daniel conducts field inspections and necessary site visits on current projects, prepares damage assessments and preliminary budgets, evaluates restoration measures, develops the scope of repairs, and prepares estimates utilizing multiple estimating platforms. Dan is also a member of the Invoice Analysis Team. This team is responsible for analyzing mitigation and restoration contractor estimates, proposals, and invoices. Dan also conducts and performs invoice resolutions for clients.
