Christos Vlanis joined J.S. Held in August of 2022 following J.S. Held's acquisition of the Arcadis Contract Solutions Practice in Europe. Christos is an Associate Director within the forensic delay team in London. He is a planning manager with diverse experience in both the preconstruction and construction stages of projects from several sectors, with values ranging from £10M to £3B+. Christos has an Academic & Professional background in Architectural Engineering (Meng) and Construction Management (MSc). Prior to joining J.S. Held, Christos held various professional roles, including Senior Planning Manager, Construction Site Manager, and Architect.

Before moving into delay analysis consultancy, Christos was a Senior Planning Manager for a top-tier Contractor, responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of projects in a plethora of sectors.

Christos is a Senior Consultant on delay analysis with J.S. Held. He has a deep understanding of construction site operations and design processes throughout the project lifecycle. His multifaceted experience, gained from various diverse roles in different construction industry sectors, has enabled him to quickly analyze and assess project delays and subsequently identify the relevant causes.

Christos has strong problem-solving, analytical, and synthesizing skills that allow the harmonious combination of attention to detail with strategic thinking.
