Chrissy Nickolson joined J.S. Held in 2021. Chrissy is an experienced Environmental Scientist in the Environmental, Health & Safety service line, specializing in NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects throughout New Jersey. Additionally, Ms. Nickolson has demonstrated a vast history of providing due diligence services and assessments in support of property transactions in the commercial real estate sector. Within this line of expertise, Ms. Nickolson has executed various technical reports, performed vigorous monitoring, and maintained skills for collecting multi-matrix samples at various sites throughout New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Nickolson’s key responsibilities include writing technical reports, investigation work plans, and permitting applications relative to NJDEP SRP for commercial and industrial facilities. As such, she is skilled in sampling various matrixes, including soil, groundwater, indoor air, sub-slab air, outdoor air monitoring, and asbestos-containing materials. Additionally, Ms. Nickolson performs ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and hybrid PA/Phase I reports supporting property transactions and real estate transfers. Ms. Nickolson is also responsible for regularly coordinating with clients and overseeing subcontractors for investigations, underground storage tank remedial, and excavation activities.
