Chris Dillender is an IICRC-certified Master Water Restorer with over 12 years of experience in emergency disaster restoration and reconstruction. He is experienced in water & fire mitigation, mold remediation, biohazard, wind damage, asbestos abatement, and contents cleaning in commercial and residential settings.

Chris has extensive experience in running and training personnel in emergency services using best industry practices. He has experience in job costing, mitigation, reconstruction projects, scheduling of crews, and guiding contractors. He has estimated all phases of mitigation, reconstruction, and negotiations with adjusters, contractors, and owners.

Prior to joining J.S. Held, Chris was responsible for multiple mitigation branches for large multiple state companies overseeing, hiring, training, and productivity. Chris has also owned and operated his own carpet cleaning & restoration company.
