Mr. Baker has over twenty years of experience as a senior investigator, fire scene investigator, and evidence technician serving the insurance industry. He has been the lead investigator or assisted in over 4,000 losses, including but not limited to residential, commercial, marine, chemical plants, and vehicles. Mr. Baker also has technical experience with heavy equipment, having completed several hundred hours of training in this area. He has extensive experience as a project manager overseeing investigations on multi-million dollar losses. Mr. Baker has testified as an expert witness in state courts involving arson and other criminal matters along with deposition in civil matters. Over the years, Mr. Baker has developed working relationships with clients in South America and Latin America, traveling overseas to conduct fire investigations on their behalf.
Mr. Baker has obtained approximately 30 credit hours towards his degree in Fire Science at Columbia Southern University’s AAS Program.
