Brian Willes is a professional reconstruction consultant who has evaluated, negotiated, and assisted in the settlement of over 500 insurance property claims throughout the Midwest Region of the United States. With more than five years of property damage restoration experience, Brian has been involved in a plethora of projects including single-family homes, multi-family complexes, restaurants, and churches.
Prior to his tenure as a reconstruction estimator within the restoration industry, Brian served as an active-duty component in the United States Marine Corps. Brian specialized as a Field Radio Operator, was recognized on numerous occasions for his outstanding performance, and departed the Marine Corps as an E-5 with an honorable discharge.
Brian Willes is involved in property damage assessments, the generation of accurate reconstruction scopes, scope evaluation, project management, and onsite project monitoring. Brian has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including residential and commercial properties.
