Brendon has over 25 years of experience in various projects, particularly electrical and mechanical construction. His experience includes new construction, rehabilitation, and interior fit-outs in such diverse settings as data centers, power stations, healthcare/hospital facilities, schools/universities, residential buildings, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. Brendon has been involved in numerous multi-million-dollar contracts in varying capacities, including estimating, project management, procurement, safety management, financial administration and reporting, operations management, and executive oversight. He has analyzed project disruptions and productivity/inefficiencies, developed affirmative claims, and provided support and assistance in legal proceedings, litigations, arbitrations, and mediations.

Brendon’s experience includes evaluating contractor defaults, cost-to-complete estimation, bid analyses, contract administration, and general project management. His systematic approach to complex problems and ability to streamline processes and controls are among the qualities that make him thorough and effective in his work.

Prior to accepting the Assistant Vice President position with J.S. Held LLC, Brendon was President of a mechanical and electrical specialty contractor. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of multiple contracts ranging between $ 1M and $30M+ and all other aspects of the company, including executive oversight, P&L tracking and reporting, client, banking, surety relationships, procurement, and legal matters.
