Bethany joins the team with a decade of experience in high net worth and middle market insurance, claims process, and program management. Her passion for developing strong customer relations, and claims process efficiencies have been at the center of her career.
Prior to joining the J.S. Held business development team, Bethany was the National Sales Manager at a national temporary housing firm. Her desire to support others started 10 years ago while assisting displaced policyholders in the middle of a catastrophe. Bethany’s commitment to helping those around her is reflected in every aspect of her career.
With J.S. Held, Bethany will use her ability to develop and manage client relationships in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
