Antony is an Expert Witness and Forensic Architect in J.S. Held's Forensic Architecture practice.

Antony is an architect expert witness with over 20 years’ experience and has been instructed as lead expert on several matters in the UK involving the submission of CPR-compliant expert reports and advice in adjudication, litigations and arbitration proceedings involving architectural issues. Antony’s UK experience includes commercial, residential, education, community and healthcare, and transport and infrastructure projects, working closely with various stakeholders and clients.

Antony has also played a key role in assisting large, complex, and high-value claims in international arbitrations, including the analysis of complex design information packages (using CAD and BIM).

As Technical Director, Chartered Architect and Design Manager, Antony has worked on a large and diverse range of projects, across various stages of project development, from concept design to on-site completion. Project building types include historic buildings, educational, arts and community centres, hospitality, mixed use, commercial retail and office space, residential and hotels.

Antony has been involved in all aspects of practice management including reviewing appointments, developing scopes of services and fee management.
