His primary focus has been in the support of property transactions and refinancing through the preparation of Phase I Environmental Assessments and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plans, as well as conducting long-term Remedial Action Permit support within the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program. In addition, Anthony has conducted soil and groundwater sampling in support of remediation activities.
As part of J.S. Held, Anthony is involved with a variety of projects at various stages in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program. Anthony works alongside the project teams under project managers to complete tasks associated with projects. Tasks associated with his current role include regulatory reporting, permit compliance, site inspections, and oversight of field activities.
