Amy Bonczyk joined J.S. Held in August of 2022 following J.S. Held's acquisition of the Arcadis Contract Solutions Practice in Europe. Amy is an Associate Director based in the United Kingdom with over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry. She is regularly involved in dispute resolution processes for both contractors and client organizations. Amy has experience across a wide range of sectors providing claims analysis and expert evidence.
Amy’s experience encompasses building, civil engineering, and mechanical and electrical works. Amy started her career as a quantity surveyor working with an electrical sub-contractor for seven years, eventually moving to a professional consultancy providing commercial management duties on a range of projects from small values up to £180M.
Amy’s primary experience relates to a wide range of sectors including energy from waste, residential, commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare.
Amy undertakes expert appointments and assists the lead expert in matters relating to quantum.
