Alexandra Roy has more than ten years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Management from Concordia University in Montreal and graduated from l’Ecole d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce in St-Georges.

She has actively participated in elaborating operational strategies for fast-growing companies and start-ups by implementing hardware and software solutions to optimize team effectiveness and increase communication between construction sites and offices.

She has prepared and advised with respect to change order analysis, scheduling and delay analysis for various commercial, industrial, healthcare and educational facilities as well as residential developments in both Canada and the U.S.

Alexandra has experience in construction project management, change order management, labor productivity analysis while quantifying damages and strategic planning both financially and operationally.

Proficient in English and French, Alexandra has delivered various presentations on women in business, entrepreneurship and construction topics with various organizations.

Based in Montreal, Canada, Alexandra is an Associate Director in our Construction Advisory Practice. She provides analysis, evaluations, and reporting of construction claims, including analysis of delays, lost productivity and impact of changes, and quantification of additional costs and damages. Additionally, she consults in change management and operational optimization for construction site work and administrative tasks.
