J.S. Held, Incorporated was established in New York in 1974 and has been active in construction consulting since that time. Over the years, we have expanded our staff and office locations, and now have offices in New York, Connecticut, California, Washington DC, Ohio, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Colorado.
We have extensive experience in all facets of construction consulting, including estimating, scheduling and project monitoring. We are experienced in all types of construction including commercial, industrial, high rise, special structures, governmental, residential and infrastructure. J.S. Held Enloe & Associates, LLC (whose staff regularly works on engagements with J.S. Held) is a certified LSDBE/WBE in Washington DC and Seattle, Washington. Formed in 2004, Held Enloe provides a variety of construction consulting services with an emphasis on project scheduling. We offer a variety of services ranging from property loss consulting, pre-construction analysis, scheduling and estimating to construction monitoring and schedule development and review.
Our combined strength and versatility is derived from diverse experience and affords us the ability to offer our clients the highest degree of expertise in the services we offer. We also bring an uncommon level of experience and understanding to assignments involving alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
